I had my 7yr recuse miniature dachshund spayed on Tuesday. She was fine the first day acted like herself but on the second day late that evening she started crying (whining) nonstop but at the sametime wagging her tail. She would stop if she was doing something she enjoyed or in bed under the covers. Called the vet and they gave her gabapentin to help calm her. Will it's now Friday and she is still crying just not has much but is sleeping alot more. ( guessing from the medication). She will eat & drink go outside and potty even take walks. Just want stop crying. I don't know what is wrong with her and everyone else is at a lost. I hope to find someone that has had this same problem and can point me in the right direction.
