Dilemma: my last day in my current company is nearing. Good pay but full RTO, I love the role but I think my rank does not justify my scope so when another company reached out to me for a job opening, I took it.
New company: slightly below my current base pay but other allowances will make up for it. Hybrid setup. We agreed on this initially. The package is quite complicated and I was asking for the specific payment structure and terms esp for the allowances. Still pending feedback (1.5months) and I'm seeing red flags in their processes.
After this I started applying to other companies. Another heartbreak when I was in the final stage for a WFH, high paying job but I was informed that the role has been filled.
Still sending resumes and attending interviews but I don't have any clear prospect yet.
Hirap, back at job hunting again. Should I just ignore my intuition and proceed with the new company?
