f&b crm solutions: buy crm or build inhouse?
I work as the IT and Marketing guy in a F&B company. We have 4 outlets and don't have any loyalty system for the customers. We want a CRM that can increase customer loyalty and can capturing customer information through sign ups. This data can help push our marketing initiatives
Currently considering using Avocado but the costs seem to be abit high, almost $10k for the first year and half that for subsequent years. I'm considering building my own if i get to save money but I miss out on the "points" accumulation factor of using a solution.
Let's say Advocado brings will bring in 100% improvement of customer loyalty, if I can do the same in house with spreadsheets and automated emailing at 60% efficiency at 1/10 the cost, I don't see why not I should just make my own form and emailing system. It's hard to justify the value i'm getting here for the cost, but I might just be being cheap hahah
Advice anyone?
