I (F, leo) was in a situationship with a scorpio (M) february- mid april, he was being inconsistent and cold for about 2 weeks before I had called him out on it and just called it off since I’m not one to stay somewhere where it feels unsure, it was also causing me a lot of stress. Not even a week had gone by when we stopped communicating and he casually reaches out to me on instagram about some post I liked (we usually communicate thru texts), he texts and then disappears and did it again just a couple days ago and then disappeared. It’s happened numerous times now.
Now I understand that he now probably doesn’t have the feeling that texting me is a “responsibility” since we’re no longer getting to know eachother. But I still feel quite attached to him and certainly have feelings lingering for him and whenever he reaches out on instagram it gets quite flirtatious and then pulls back.
I just wanted to know if this was common for Scorpios to do? is keeping in touch with someone you had a “thing” with that common and casual? Why and why not? why the sudden communication and pulling back, and why so often? I’m aware I might be reading too deep into this and just disregarding the fact that this guy might just be a douche lol but I just don’t know what to expect from this scorpio.
