i have this older laptop from 2015 where my mic/input no longer works. it used to before but doesn't now. i have tried reseting mics settings, restarting, changing input device, connecting headset. i'm on the latest version available. i ran a diagnostic test and it came back with no errors. the software version is 12.7.6
