I’m a hospitality professional based in Toronto currently transitioning into data. I have hands-on experience in guest operations and service management, data analytics. I’ve been building up my technical skills on the side.
I’m specifically interested in how data functions work inside luxury hotel brands,things like guest experience analytics, revenue optimization, or operational data pipelines. Four Seasons in particular is on my radar given their reputation for operational excellence.
