Hello there!
25 year old female with chronic mystery of issues. I’ve been dealing with pain in my lower right abdomen that sometimes radiates to my stomach. It’s kept me out of work a lot. Probably since November 2025. I’ve had several miscarriages followed by a successful pregnancy with progesterone.
I’ve had my gallbladder and appendix removed they were causing me issues. Now I’m having pain again in new areas. I had a cyst when I was pregnant but got an ultrasound and it’s gone. I’ve kinda had them since I was 15 (first time seen in the ER) but since I don’t have a cyst my dr thinks maybe scar tissue or scar tissue on my large intestines?
I’ve had so many issues, two surgeries and still can’t seem to find a break. What’re the odds the doctor is right? I’m scared it’s starting to be in my head and I just feel crazy. I’ve been dealing with INSANE dizzy spells randomly, they said it’s not vertigo, and I don’t get migraines with them. Suddenly just feel nauseous and like I’ll pass out. I took an ovulation test the last time it happened and coincidentally I was at peak ovulation. Please tell me your thoughts and experiences. A girl is going through it.
