These guys need to get their act together. My order took 10 days to arrive in Miami, FL. To make matters worse, the meds (along with the ice pack) were Miami warm by the time UPS delivered the meds. Its clear to me that 2-day UPS delivery results in the frequent delivery of warm meds. This is crazy.

How do i coordinate the return of the warm meds? Is there an RMA process? Incredibly frustrating experience.
