*WARNING* NEVER BUY FROM ACBUY
So, let me tell you my story with AcBuy. Before this absolute nightmare, I had already shipped out 2 previous packages (hauls) with the same shipping information. These packages had arrived normally. But then I decided to buy another haul, but this time I bought an item that contains batteries for the first time. Everything was going well in the tracking information, but when it arrived in Germany, the shipping information stopped at a point which said something like "Parcel has been returned to business customer". After a long time contacting their customer support, they told me to wait for a re-delivery notice. This took absolute months (about 3), and they told me I had to pay about 50 euros. After I paid this, I gave them my address as they wanted, and the package was shipped out, but the shipping tracking information finished on the same exact sentence "parcel has been returned to business customer".After this, I kept contacting them for my money back for the re-delivery. They didn't want to give it to me and said to contact DHL for the return reason. DHL unknown unknown told me the parcel was returned because of an "unkown recipient", which is weird, because I gave the same shipping information I use for everything else, including the past two parcels with AcBuyI. Too not make this long, i basically waited for the re de delivery fee again and paid it again and the same thing happeneed, for which I have the shipping info, which is this (starts from the bottom):

Obviously, I didn't pay for the re-delivery again, and they're telling me that the parcel is going to be destroyed. I AM ASKING FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE 100 EURO FOR THE FAILED RE DELIVERIES AND THE MONEY I SPENT ON THE CLOTHES AND SHIPPING.
