I was cleaning up my room earlier and found a couple of things I ordered months ago that I barely even used. It kind of hit me that I don’t even remember why I wanted them so bad at the time. I guess it felt important in the moment, but now it just feels like clutter.

For me it usually happens when I’m just scrolling with no real purpose. Like after a long day, I’ll lie down and start browsing, telling myself I’m not going to buy anything… then somehow I end up checking out anyway. It’s not even big purchases, just a lot of small ones that add up.

I also notice I tend to click into random sites or pages while scrolling. At one point I saw something called PromoPro UK, didn’t really care for it, but it made me realize how easy it is to just keep clicking and getting pulled into different stuff without thinking.

I’ve tried setting limits for myself but I don’t always stick to them. Just wondering if other people deal with this too, or if you’ve found something that actually helps stop those random impulse buys.
