Options for corner post for swing gate in shared property line?
I’m planning to DIY a fence replacement that is shared property line with my neighbor (the yellow arrow in the photo). Neighbor’s property to the right (red arrow) is a large swinging gate and my property to the left (green arrow) currently shared a 4x4 post along with the shared fence (yellow). What are the best options for that corner where all three fences/gates meet (the black circled area). Is one 4x4 post enough to support all three runs?
