I was morbidly obese for over 20 years. I lost 200 lbs in the last 2 years. I also have lipedema and I’m hypermobile. Possibly have ehlers danlos but no diagnosis yet. My left leg is swelling by the end of the day. It’s achy too. My dr said I only have spider veins and that the swelling is from sitting at a computer. She will not send me to a vascular doctor. Do I get a second opinion? She said they would just give me a water pill and tell me to wear compression. I already take spironolactone and tirzepatide. It feels like as soon as I pee, I have to go again. I can’t add a water pill. I want to make sure I don’t have DVT.
