Hey everyone! I’m getting ready to do my first CVG substrate mix for an Albino Kong grow and could use some guidance before I dive in.
I know the basic ingredients coco coir, vermiculite, and gypsum, but I’m fuzzy on the actual process. Would love to know everyone’s process!
My questions:
• What ratios do you run? How much of each ??

•	How do you pasteurize is boiling water poured over the mix enough, or do you go further?

•	Any brand recommendations? Links ? 

•	Anything specific to dial in for Albino Kongs? 

Total beginner making substrate here so any tips, links, or step-by-step breakdowns are super appreciated. Don’t want to waste a good culture on bad substrate!
