How to reduce spam score ?????

One of my clients' websites has a nearly 40 spam score, has done a disavow, and has removed a few spam manually as well. Still, the tools detect the same 40 as a spam score. All those spammy domains are now removed from GSC. I know this isn't a big thing now. But clients are not convinced... What should I dooo, any suggestion?

What worries you most have when buying an older house in NZ, mostly built before 2000? Moisture, wiring, structure, or something else?

Been looking at a few older places and they all seem to have their own issues. Some people say moisture is the big one, others say old wiring is worse. What’s your biggest red flag and why?

One of our client is asking us to deliver 4D, but we’ve never linked our BIM model with the schedule before. How hard is this to set up?

We’ve got Autodesk Revit models and a schedule in Microsoft Project, but they’ve never been connected. Now the client wants 4D and we’re not sure how big of a task this is. Is this something a BIM coordinator can handle, or do we need a specialist?

Can’t figure out if I should go with plant protein or yeast protein. Just want to know what’s the actual difference for someone just trying to stay fit.

I’m not a hardcore gym person or anything. I work out a few times a week, eat decently, just trying to hit my protein and move on. Every time I look this up, it just gets more confusing. Can someone just dumb it down and tell me what to pick and why

On our projects plumbing always comes in last, and by then structural & electrical are already locked in. So there’s barely any space left and everything clashes. How do people actually plan this properly so it doesn’t turn into a mess at the end?

A friend of mine was about to buy a place that looked fully renovated and in great shape. Inspection showed there was major moisture damage hidden behind the wallS. you’d never guess from just looking at it. They walked away right after that. Curious if anyone else had something similar happen that changed their decision?

Is it normal that I feel fuller after consuming plant protein shake than I ever did with whey protein?

Switched to plant protein like 2 months ago, same protein amount, same timing and all. But I feel way more full after consuming, and it actually lasts. Did anyone else notice this with plant protein or am I just overthinking it?

Genuinely curious! Not trying to start a debate. All the serious lifters I know are on whey. Is the muscle-building potential actually the same or is there a real tradeoff?

We mainly work on civil infrastructure projects, so I wanted to understand if BIM is useful for things like road corridors, bridges, drainage, and utility networks. Most discussions about BIM seem focused on buildings, architects, and commercial projects.

We finished a project six months ago and handed over the full as-built BIM model to the client. As far as I know, nobody has opened it since. I’m curious if this is common in the industry, or if companies are actually using handover BIM models for maintenance, operations, or facility management. If clients do use it, what needs to be done during the project to make the model useful after handover?

When we were buying, the place had all the official paperwork, consents, compliance certs, and everything signed off. But our lawyer was like, “Still get an independent inspection just in case.” Felt kinda extra at the time. Do people actually trust the paperwork, or is getting your own inspector basically a must?
