Can you still renew your PR card with an expired PH passport?
Hi! I just received an update for my PR renewal application and it shows that my application got returned because my primary identification is not provided - you have not provided us with a valid primary identity document- please review guide IMM5445. I provided my expired passport on the form provided. I tried to call IRCC but they’re closed today so, what should I do in this case? I also don’t have the old passport that I used to land here in Canada because my parents could’ve thrown it away or the embassy decided to take it.
I think I’m screwed because I don’t have my driver’s licence or Alberta ID card since I also tried to apply from them but they’re closed cannot accept them because they’re also expired. 😭 I won’t go to details why I couldn’t renew earlier due to personal reasons.
