For all those who aren’t losing at the rapid speed you read about online, keep going! 19 months and 70lbs later I finally joined onederland! It’s been a long journey and I’m actually glad I lost at the rate I did! My skin snaps back much easier and I truly have learned so much about healthy eating and my own habits. I’m still only at 6.2mg because I wanted to make sure I could learn to do this with the help of the medication and not just the medication alone. Keep going and be proud of every non scale victory you have! The scale isn’t the whole story ❤️
