Question is pretty self explanatory. I have a rollover ira that i kept from my previous employer. Sent it was the first retirement account i had i have kept it and have been contributing to it since.

I curious is its ok to keep it as a rollover or should i look to move it into a Roth? I understand there are tax implications in doing so, so is it worth?
