Hello and thank you for any support, I've been trying to find/remember more about this movie for years.

It was movie where some children were born with a birth defect/mutation and then had to be given up. In the movie, the child who was given up finds the parent (father) and is angry with them and (I think) their second child. The mutation gives them additional strenth and agility and they moved animal like.

Any leads?
