So he is my nephew 2 year old

What happens is as he is playing or just plain walking around he experience sudden dizziness and sometimes do vomit

Doctors are confused have prescribed medication for digestion

Neurologist can't also grasp what's happening

We are worried

As u can see in video he suddenly does this its so random that he sometime fall and we think at this rate he may be injured
