Hey guys, thinking if I should buy the house I saw. It’s large, duplex with private terrace in Adarsh Palm Retreat Bangalore.
Building is 16 yo but it’s also one of the most prized locations in the city. Barring covid never seen the prices go down .

On one end I feel the area has peaked and on other I feel it’s still aspirational that people will keep buying.

Any experts here ? Do comment esp if you have purchased or seen transactions of 5cr+
