I went to view some new builds on a government first time buyer scheme at a discounted rate, They forwarded me to a broker who stated i was declined by two then another passed to underwriters, Which they then accepted and gave me a AIP certificate. I am currently filling in solicitor forms and have a meeting with my broker next week, I am currently just so stressed in thinking they are going to pull out. What can make them pull out after accepting? Or should i just stop stressing? Very hard
