How do you think verto vanderbilt pathway transfer recipients were evaluated?

As a recipient myself, I was waitlisted but was one of the 200 (ish) to be offered this pathway where I am guaranteed a transfer sophomore year. Still, vanderbilt encouraged us to stay on the waitlist and I’m wondering if that means those that received these transfer offers were at the “top” of the waitlist. (I wasn’t taken off the waitlist this first round so was wondering yalls thoughts)

I mean Vanderbilt knows we’d end up here sophomore year right? So why tell us to go on the waitlist and then reject us?

I'm still trying to familiarize myself with the Vandy requirements, but it's lowk too confusing.

18 credits are the max that can be earned and I definetly have that covered...what else can the APs cover? Im in the college of arts and sciences, are there prerequisites that I need in order to declare my major that the APs can help with?

Any other useful info regarding APs and course selection would be great! Thankss
