That went wrong

Here is the analysis of of my cooking process, i hope now i exactly know what i did wrong, and how to improve:
Pull temp slightly too high for your preferred doneness
Closed container caused extra carryover cooking + steam
Surface became wetter during resting
Sear likely not hot enough, so it took too long and cooked the inside further
Main fixes:
pull at 46–47 °C
rest uncovered
pat dry before searing
hotter and shorter sear
