Does anyone know how to get any other response than this? Is there certain words/options I could pick that could actually make someone see lol. I’ve tried asking for a billing specialist too and it just automatically gives me this.
Earlier this week my laptop got hacked, and purchases were made of £35 in my Roblox account (all spent on game passes/ in game items sent to other players) and £200 on Amazon.
I contacted my bank as they had my card details to let them know I was a victim of fraud and what to do. They told me they would sort it out.
I, however, did NOT know that this was against Roblox
ToS. It seems like an insane rule, protecting myself from Fraud but okay..
I contacted Roblox support to let them know my account was compromised and asked for steps I could take, in which they responded that I was granted a refund.
I’m now perma banned.
The account is over 12 years old, had lots of money spent on it and a history of only one day VC bans and an otherwise clean history.
I appealed to only be met with an AI generated response. I’m now wondering if there’s anything else I could do, as I can get a letter from my bank to prove unauthorised transactions, as well as IP addresses that will be saved in Roblox’s network.
Is this a dead end? Or will an MiDR help my case?
