And another one

I’m going to keep buying 1,000 shares a day until this damn thing goes up. Just bought 1k today and also bought 1k yesterday.

So far, I’ve purchased 7,000 shares in recent days to double my position to 14,000 shares.

I’ll buy another 1k shares tomorrow and 1k shares on Friday if we’re down yet again on both of those days.

Inshallah, we see some green one of these days so I can stop buying!

Activate the buyback

RDDT is sitting on billions in cash, and the pile grows daily.

One of the reasons I’m invested in this company is because it has low capex and high free cashflow.

Rather than having it sit in the bank / low yield instruments, I would rather it all go towards buying back stock.

Each outstanding share should be gobbled up at these valuations, in turn making the shares we hold more scarce and valuable.

10% of the stock should be bought back every year, in my view, and it should precisely be bought back during periods like this (when the stock gets pummeled and is down almost 50% from the highs).

As a side benefit, having less cash on the balance sheet also stops management from doing stupid acquisitions. For every home run Instagram deal, there are hundreds of deals that ended up burning shareholder capital.

Drew, buy back the stock aggressively yo!!!

Bought another 1,000 shares

Even though I’m down $100k for the day, I decided to buy 1,000 more shares. Total is 13,000 shares now.

I probably have more than most board members now.

LFG please.

London-area resort recommended

We are 3 couples with 2-3 kids each (age range 6-12) and are traveling to London for a vacation.

During our stay there, we want to try some country resort that has a lot of family friendly activities as the kids are full of energy and need stimulation!

Ideally, the resort would be within a 2 hour drive / train ride of Central London.

We are looking for something a bit on the luxurious side, definitely not a resort that is tired or has seen better days in the past.

Would appreciate any recommendations. Budget for the room is up to $2k per family per night. We are not looking for big, lavish suites or anything, even a nice double room with roll-in beds is fine (but not something in need of a reno); we’re more interested in a beautiful place where the kids can make happy memories.

Let’s post items we’ve ordered due to Reddit ads

As shareholders, we should be loyal to the company we’re part owners of. I just ordered this, and it’s not the first product that I’ve ordered due to Reddit Ads.

Dazed and confused

I honestly don’t understand WTF is going on with RDDT. It consistently blows the numbers out of the water, yet the stock is at the same levels it was 18 months ago.

One could argue that the stock was expensive then and it’s growing into its valuation, but at a time of overall exuberance and multiple expansion in the tech sector, this doesn’t really hold water.

Every projection (growth, free cashflow, margins, capex) has been soundly demolished, but the stock trades like a money-losing has-been.

Further, it’s even part of the blistering AI-narrative, it’s not like it’s some dying crypto story.

Management is capable and the financials and balance sheet are rock solid.

What gives?
