Boys pls I have tried so many fixes, it shouldn't run THIS bad. Mainly does the GPU memory restriction work or should I turn it off? 4gb vram btw

Saw a message when clicking on Two Colonels about it deleting save files or something, backed out
How do I play the DLCs AND do NG+ safely after?

Use case: mostly gaming, should have decent build quality - traveling, but in a good laptop backpack. Want to play Cyberpunk, Hunt Showdown, RDR2, Witcher 4, Marathon. Never have and never will expect to play anything on Ultra settings lol
Preferred specs: I wish I could have the same specs but in a bigger 18 inch screen, but oh well. I've settled on this model after hard debates against the LOQ.
