Prozac and Wellbutrin advice? - tremors are crazy
Hi I’ve been on 40 mg of Prozac for around 2.5 months and it’s been really great but something I was facing was extreme fatigue and lack of motivation. Growing up I took vyvanse and adderall because of adhd. My psych prescribed me 150 of Wellbutrin and I feel super anxious. It’s been 4 days but sleep is limited to maybe 4 hrs a night I don’t feel tired at all and the worst is the tremors…. My hands and legs have tremors like no other. I had slight tremors w the Prozac and that balanced out with time but right now I’m just not sure, also my anxiety is really bad again and I can’t really focus…. I had a really strong reaction to starting Prozac and increasing as well so I know giving things time is the right move but I don’t see a lot of people who take both and have mentioned the lack of sleep, increased anxiety, and body tremors. Should I stop or continue? Has anyone else dealt w this and similar symptoms? Also extreme dry mouth…. Again it’s day 4 and I’m trying to push through but it’s been tough.
