Hi, sorry if this has been asked a thousand times.

I'm trying to turn a MS form into a PDF. I can get it to make the word document but when it comes to converting it to a PDF it can't find the word document it just made.

I'm using the word online convert word document to PDF option and I've selected the file name as body/Name. It's coming up with advanced parameters extract sensitivity label, and sensitivity label metadata, which I've put as no to both.

If I give it a specific file name it will turn it into a lot of PDFs but I can only read them if I download and open in word so defeats the purpose.

End goal is a PDF in a sharepoint folder. Any help gratefully received.
