Anyone with my description and it was benign? I turned 40 and went for my first mammogram last week and they found a 1.8cm oval mass on my right breast. I have lumpy, firm breasts and never noticed it. After the appointment they called me back for a ultrasound tomorrow. I poked around and found it. It feels like a peanut in terms of shape and firmness. I can't tell if it moves since it feels dense and rope like. It almost feels like it's tucked in there. After dissecting my breasts, I don't noticed any skin issues or major swelling other than that breast is fuller than my left but I think my right has been slightly bigger. I'm about to start my period too so my breasts usually get painful and swollen. Anyway praying for benign results and if anything it is caught early.
