Hi all,
Very new to Vinted but my latest experience has really put me off.
I ordered a bundle of boys clothes and I appreciate it wasnt a massive amount of money to some, but I rely on vinted to clothe my LO as I really can't afford alot.
Anyway, the items arrived crammed into a Morrisons shopping bag and alot of the items are stained.
The listing mentions wear and tear, which i would understand to be things like fading of material/logos etc...
These stains were not mentioned anywhere on the listing or in photos, some items hsve multiple stains on them.
I recorded an issue but I am expected to pay to send them back.
This really doesnt seem right as, had I have known about these defects, i wouldnt have bought them.
Again, appreciate to some these marks may be minor but they really stick out to me and almost every top in the bundle is stained....
Just wondered if there was anything I could do?
