Help, i accidentally hit my nail pretty hard

the whole finger is swollen. I am pretty sure my natural nail ripped almost out underneath.Is the white thing the matrix sticking out? 😭😭😭
I dont want to lose my nail, but i live on a small island, i searched and we dont have any doctor i can come to for help
