**If you are in a startup that uses Notion I would greatly appreciate ANY insight y'all have!*

Hi! I'm completely new to Notion and I am thinking about using it as a one-stop-hub for our very tiny startup (6 employees). We are currently between seed stage and series A. This is only relevant to note that we intend on growing.

EVERYTHING is currently set up through Google Drive/its constituents. GD is amazing but at a certain point everything starts to look the same and it becomes confusing. I want to move over to notion because it seems like it's less overwhelming and more streamlined once its all set up. That being said, there are certain features in GD that Notion cannot accomplish ie. eSignature for contracts. I'm thinking that our startup should proceed with a hybrid model.

  1. Has anyone made this transition? If so, how do you balance the two platforms? (ie. all contracts just live in GD while everything else is in Notion)

  2. How would you recommend I structure the Notion to make it easy to navigate and intuitive? There's so much flexibility that I'm met with decision paralysis and dont know where to start.

Thank you in advance!
