Hi! I'll be living in a tiny studio that comes furnished with most essential furniture like bedding, tables, microwave etc.

What type of kitchen, bedroom, bathroom or just life essentials you've found to be so useful?

Im very limited on space and I can't really fit any additional furniture, so mainly looking at things like kitchen utensils or sustainable storage containers, maybe even a commuter bag you live by!

Hi! For one year, I'm (23F) going to attend a training program for a year. I'm so so excited for this new change and I'll be staying at a small little studio. I sought out a studio to avoid overpacking and am trying to keep things light!
It's furnished but doesn't come with anything other than the basics of a bed, kitchen, table, chair, etc. Anything like pots, pans, utensils, will all be my responsibility!
What do you think would count as long lasting essentials for such a setup, and where would you find them? how do you avoid bringing "just in case" but unnecessary items?

Hi! For context, I will be driving 18 hours to Rochester in late June/early July, and I was looking at these two options for housing for my year-long program at Mayo. Beacon is only available about 20 days after my program begins, but I wondering it if it's worth finding a temporary housing situation until then, since there is laundry on premises.

The Centerstone apartments are about the same price, but with a start date I am looking for, only issue is I see nothing about laundry in the facility. If anyone lives there or knows if there is laundry in the facility, let me know.

If there isnt any laundry in the facility, how are the nearby laundromats?

Otherwise, are there any favorable opinions about one or the other?
