Hey everyone,

I’ve always wanted to get into the Pokémon TCG, but I never really knew where to start.

I’m finally thinking about giving it a real shot and wanted to ask: what would be a good deck for a complete beginner?

I’m looking for something that is:

• Easy to learn and understand
• Decent to play casually / maybe locals later
• Not insanely expensive to build
• Good for learning the basics and improving over time

I’m open to any playstyle, since I’m still figuring out what I’d enjoy most.

Any recommendations (or tips for someone just starting) would be really appreciated. Thanks!
