I’m getting ready to work for a summer camp in southwest VA that along with other outdoor sports does lots of backpacking. I’m pretty experienced in this area but have never led kids on overnights before. Does anyone who does have experience with this have any advice or gear recommendations that I would not think of from solo trips or trips with friends? Thanks!
