hi! has anyone here transitioned from hospital to PV or clinical research? i’m currently working as pharmacist at a jci-accredited hospital, but i don’t plan on doing this long term and only plan on finishing up my contract. i just wanna hear stories/insights from people who’ve had this transition for some motivation as im coping with the toxic hospital duty :<

i have no regrets taking on a hospital job either because i was intentional in building my confidence and tolerance when it comes to heavy workloads and high pressure environments! i, too, had a naive ambition to go abroad pero in this economy? doubt.
