Most people use AI agents for content and code but the biggest time saver ive found is automating my business finances and heres how I set it up.
I use Meow for banking and connected it to Claude through MCP and once connected the agent handles invoicing, bill pay, expense tracking and bookkeeping through conversation.
Invoicing: I tell Claude to invoice a client and it creates and sends it through the bank. Set up a system prompt with my client details and rates so it doesnt ask clarifying questions every time.
Bill pay: I tell Claude to pay a vendor and it queues for my approval and nothing moves without me confirming. Also set up a corporate card with a spend limit for smaller purchases the agent handles on its own.
Bookkeeping: The agent categorizes transactions and tracks expenses automatically. My accountant said the books are cleaner than when I did it manually.
I even opened the business bank account through Claude. Agent handled onboarding and KYC in about 15 minutes. Got a secure link at the end for identity verification so nothing sensitive went through the chat.
Works with Claude, ChatGPT and other LLMs through MCP. If your still doing business finances manually this is worth trying
