Wheelchair essentials

Hi I just got my first ever chair 2 days ago and I couldn't be happier, I'm ambulatory but struggle with joint pain a lot

The chair is a hand me down so it's not perfect and it's missing the footrest, I'm currently using a strap i had at home as a temporary footrest. it's also missing the cussion so I'm going to see if i can get a replacemnet without breaking the bank.

I'm trying to figure out what are some essentials to bring with you each time you do use your chair. I've orderd a pair of gloves and put a bigger backpack on the backrest, but I'm also thinking about maybe adding a smaller bag to have my phone and wallet closer to me.

are there anything you use now that you wish you had started using earlier?
