Help plz

I've never removed my bratz heads before and I just got Meygan head gamez. Her head is so loose like its rotating full circle, shes stuck looking at the sky when i stand her up. How can I fix this? Preferably without decapitation 😅

So much prettier in person

I thought the heart teeth were scrapped, im so glad to get this version. Sasha has a bolder red lip thats more cohesive with her fit. And Yasmins make up is a lot less basic. Jade is the only one that came with a slight flaw
