My 1960's house has two very large & very old garden windows. Basically they let a ton of cold air in, are old, metal and leaky. My house otherwise has vinyl windows made by Simonton. After reacherhing in depth all the other vinyl window companies I can find I have figured out that there is only one manufacturer of Garden Windows in the USA. Everyone else is just buying and reselling them. TRU-Frame out of Visalia CA. Even dealers can't buy from them direct & in California only the Vinyl ones pass California environmental rules apparently and even though their aluminum garden windows are made in California they will not sell them in California.

I have found one custom window manufacturer who says they will make me custom metal/aluminum new windows. A company called CDW, California Deluxe Windows. They claim to be able to make me replacement garden windows that aren't the TRU-Frame vinyl style. More expensive by about 40% than Vinyl TRU-Frame windows & they don't do stucco repair. Has anyone had any success with a Garden Window that isn't by / the TruFrame Style? I want it closed & sealed, non-opperable... I just want the depth and shelves. That is important to me.

I've not found anyone in the USA doing modern oriel windows which I guess would be the best modern update to a Garden Window.

After a HORRIBLE experiencing dealing with a less than reputable Hillsborough Based Relator I am trying to erase all reference to his work on my house. Redfin and Zillow still list him. When I claim the home and click edit I can remove his photos but I can't remove his horrible name from my home history. How does one get those sort of details on Redfin and Zillow edited? Or does it require a MLS update / sale essentially?
