I have 2 different ways of using Reddit. Clicking the Reddit app and scrolling or searching stuff on safari/google and clicking the link. So a few days ago, I posted my screen of Reddit forcing you to download the app while on the phone. I had mixed reactions because sometimes I just want to search on safari and look through and click on a Reddit link and read. Anyways, the pop up was more annoying than I thought it was going to be. I would have to click “download app” -> directs to App Store -> click open app -> then I can read. But now when I click the link on safari/google, it directs me straight to the app which feels much much nicer. Good job Reddit team.

Edit: I’m not sure if other people have already had it directed like that but mine never has.

I’m a user of both the Reddit app and search on Google. Today, I got prompted to get the app and couldn’t exit out of it after reading a subreddit a little bit from Google. What do you guys think of this? Me personally, I think that maybe it would be better to have an exit feature for now, but not sure.
