Has anyone gotten an email about the R&D track results at Sunchon National University?

Why will the R&D track results come out later, around late May (with some universities releasing as early as May 15), compared to the university track?

Isn’t the deadline for submitting recommended applicants to the NIIED under the university track May 1?
