Hi guys, i'm pretty scared with college apps coming up and i don't know what colleges i should apply to with these stats. Realistically, ill be getting more things before applications are due, but i wanted to see how i was doing currently. I have a lot of passion for engineering, and i'll be talking about that in my essays for sure!

Would like to throw it out there that the school I attend is one of the most competitve Senior high schools in the state, and that some of my extraccuriculars do not match my major as I wanted to expand my horizons and learn about many subjects.

Major: My preferred major would be EEE (Electrical and electronics engineering), but I also enjoy ECE and Analog engineering.

Status: Texas resident, USA Citizen, Indian American, upper-middle class (don't know income specifically, but within 300k ish)

Rank: Not ranked/in the top 10%, in the top 25% (out of around 1250-1300 students) (to be ranked at the school I attend, you need at least a 4.5~4.6 W GPA)

GPA: 3.6 UW (4.0 scale), 4.2 W (5.0 scale)

Test Scores - taken 1 SAT so far: 1430 (770M, 660 V), ACT N/A, planning on improving

Additional Coursework: Have taken AP Human Geo (9th), AP Comp Sci principles (9th), AP Environmental Sci (10th), AP World Hist (10th), Engineering Science (5.0, 10th), Digital Electronics (5.0, 11th), AP Lang (11th), AP US Hist (11th), AP Physics 1 (11th), AP Music Theory (11th), AP Precalculus (11th), Expected to take 5 more APS/5.0 Classes Senior Year and DC literature

Extracurriculars: Co-Lead outreach, Engineer/build team, and Drive team for private FTC team (Advanced to NTX Regionals), Participated in many clubs at school including culture clubs, physics club, robotics club, and founded / president of Engineering club (30+ members and active meetings). 100h of volunteering at local shelters and warehouses, packing food for those in need, and volunteering at many other locations. Intern at a local STEM center, spent 40h teaching kids under the age of 13 about STEM and guided them in many stem related activities. Multiple passion projects, including custom built Racing SIM rig (printed of PLA and CADded by myself), self built MIDI Keyboard/piano, and upcoming project of working on a real car part and rebuilding it. Planning on hopefully doing another internship in the summer (related to STEM). Section Leader in School band program (200 kids), led bass clarinet section in rehearsals and during marching band season. Band student for 6 years (Clarinet 6, Bass clarinet 5, and self learned Bass Trombonist)

Honors/Awards: Made 9th Grade All region 1st chair, 6A All region 8th chair in 10th grade, Multiple Solo and ensemble 1st rank medals, National French Society Silver Medalist (National French test). FTC team advanced to Area and won 1st place Innovate award at League tournament (did bots intake engineering and others). Also won Presidents award for education 2x but in elementary and middle school (schools did not do this award for HS)

Schools:
Texas A&M (dad is alumni from masters program)
UTD
UT at Austin
Virginia Tech
Purdue
Rutgers
UCI

I don't know what others schools I should apply to, and I would really love some insight into that!

I kinda regret not doing more during my 9th and 10th grade years of HS, and having better grades, but at this point im just focusing on what I can do for the future and praying I get into some good schools!

Thank you so much for your time, and please don't be afraid to be a bit truthful!
