I’ll do the one day EEG in the office. But I don’t want to do the 3 day one at home with a camera on me 24/7. And I will absolutely never do the inpatient one at the hospital for any amount of time. I understand it helps my doctor see exactly where the seizures are happening, I understand their purpose. But it isn’t needed for a clinical diagnosis, we already know lamotrigine helps, and there are plenty of other medications we can try.

Can I just refuse to have one done?
