Hi,
Just wanted to share my update. I have been lurking on this subreddit for a while now. Finally had the courage to get a transplant in Nov 2025. Best decision of my life! Sharing my update to inspire others to get a transplant. Especially if you wear a hair system (I had worn systems for 5 years) and have good donor hair and just want some inspiration and advice. I was classified as a Norwood 6A before transplant. I also wanted to thank ALL the members who recommended finasteride. I wish I had started it way before getting a transplant. The benefits are insane. I’m still seeing new growth and improvements so might post a 1 year update. Photos have descriptions. Ask me anything. Cheers.
