I had made school payment of my sister on school website on 23.04.26 money got debited payment not successful I waited till 27.04.26. On 27.04.26 I complained the bank regarding this. Next day I checked the school website payment got successfull. When I contacted the customer they said chargeback request has processed. I told to cancel them they said they can't. Pnb bank. What should I do? How to close the complain as money is credited to beneficiary account.
