I just want to hear peoples thoughts on my situation. In a couple of weeks me and my parents will be moving to Arizona as immigrants, I wanted to transfer to asu right away but saw that the tuition is 3x more if you're not in state tuition. I've already read a lot of stuff about people getting denied their in state tuitions because of all the requirements like not studying for a year, parents must also live in az, and etc. Will they really question my commitment to az as an immigrant?? like I am considering taking a gap year just to be eligible for the in state tuition but I dont really know how they look at an immigrant's application. I'd be glad to hear what you guys think!
