Hello everyone...I want to just put this here as a way of documenting my journey on SR and also eaving the hub behind.

This is something ive struggled with for the longest but I have had streaks where like the benefits anecdotally,spiritually or scientifically turned out to be true but I always relapsed probably because I hid the habit due to shame and guilt.

Now my outlook towards everything has shifted and I want to just share my journey(both pros and cons) with anyone and learn from those who managed to overcome the hurdles on this path to high vibration.

Il document my journey as honest as I can be and this is just my Day 1 of that so there isnt much to say.

What word of advice can yall share with me?
