Paid for 2-day shipping on a camera order from Panasonic (March 26).

It’s now day 10+ and the item hasn’t even shipped. Tracking is dead.

Support just keeps giving me the same scripted response: “we’ll email you.” No timeline, no real help.

This is equipment I needed for work, so now I’m literally losing money because of this delay.

At what point is this just considered failure to deliver?

Anyone else run into this with Panasonic? Trying to decide if I should just chargeback and move on.
