So I recently posted about being Lot Associate and I got an on the spot offer when I went in. I put all my information for the background check and it came back yesterday. It’s been like 2 days since my meeting and the HR had mentioned they do orientations Friday’s. Do I just wait for a call or an email? Or do they ghost people? I really need this job :/

I just got the offer, nothing confirmed yet but I’m scheduled to be there Tuesday. If I do get the job, is it really difficult? Like… my body will hate me when I’m 40 difficult? I’m worked landscape and construction before so I’m wondering if it’s intensive like that with all the heavy lifting and 80 pound concrete bags? I’m also done Walmart cart pusher and wonder if it’s like that? Sorry, so many questions but I want to make sure my body can handle it 🙏🏻
